Flashnet’s terms revised August 14, 2026 reserve refusal or restriction of its own services based on transaction activity and compliance review. They expressly distinguish those services from transactions submitted to Spark by other means. The earlier cited fund-freezing wording is not in the current text. 12

Access to a Flashnet service is discretionary under the published terms. Whether another path remains usable depends on its actual integration and operator requirements; the contractual wording is not proof of a Spark-wide freezing power. 12
