3. Core mismatch

   A mnemonic recovers keys. It does not itself supply the current Spark transaction graph, external fee UTXO, package-relay access, multi-day state machine, or final sweep that outage recovery requires. 5

4. Conclusion

   Advertising the seed as complete non-custodial recovery overstates what the reviewed mobile products deliver. Their self-custody claim stops at signing authority and does not extend to independent recovery availability. 15
