The tracked app backup and restore paths center on the mnemonic; no complete recovery-bundle export and operatorless execution workflow was found. The September 11 source snapshot explicitly describes unilateral-exit handling as flows the app never starts.

What this does not establish
This is a dated, bounded review of the named source, release or public documentation. It does not establish that every version behaves identically, that a private implementation has no recovery path, or that protocol-level unilateral exit is impossible. A partial SDK capability, seed backup or cooperative withdrawal is not counted as a complete operatorless mobile recovery flow.
Evidence and limits
- The separate Blink command-line recovery project is not treated as an in-app mobile workflow.
- A later Blink release could add the proposed integration.
