No complete in-app exit flow found
Flash has upgraded from Breez 0.13.6 to 0.22.3. Its reviewed adapter and recovery screens still provide ordinary payments, deposit refunds and mnemonic import; no current exit-state export or complete operatorless broadcast-and-resume flow was found.
Surface reviewed: public mobile source and direct release
Release or source boundary: Android and iOS v0.7.1 GitHub releases (August 31) are marked pre-release and resolve to the same commit. That release source and the newer default branch have identical Spark adapter and dependency files.

What this does not establish
This is a dated, bounded review of the named source, release or public documentation. It does not establish that every version behaves identically, that a private implementation has no recovery path, or that protocol-level unilateral exit is impossible. A partial SDK capability, seed backup or cooperative withdrawal is not counted as a complete operatorless mobile recovery flow.
